Tricia Batoha is a highly experienced moderator and facilitator with an exceptional record of success defining, innovating, and executing market research initiatives across diverse methodologies and industries.
Tricia is a trusted business partner who is highly attuned to customer and business needs. She excels at distilling large amounts of data into relevant and actionable insights that optimize executive decision making and strengthen brand, design, and product initiatives.
Having been on the client-side for much of her career, she understands firsthand the challenges organizations face and the pressures to deliver. Prior to rejoining BRG, Tricia worked as VP of Insights at Stellantis (formerly FCA/Chrysler) where she was selected as Automotive News Rising Star and made positive impacts on numerous designs, features and services. She also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield MI, where she led Customer Experience initiatives.
Prior to her client-side experience, Tricia worked at Morpace International and Business Research Group, specializing in financial services, healthcare, entertainment and consumer goods.
Tricia serves on the board and guest lectures at MSU Broad Master’s of Market Research program. She also loves to travel with her husband and kids, spend time outdoors and hang out with her pup.

- Brittany is currently a PhD candidate in management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where she uses advanced quantitative empirical approaches to study human capital in high-growth organizations
- Brittany has over 15 years in marketing research using both quantitative and qualitative approaches in a variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, and advertising, among others
- She also has experience in research labs at the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, University of Michigan psychology department, and the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University
- Brittany holds a MS in business management from Wharton and a BA in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
- Barb is a highly knowledgeable marketing research professional with over 30 years of experience, both on the client and supplier side
- Holding a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Marketing Research degree from the University of Georgia, Barb has used her education and experience to become a trusted research partner
- Barb has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries including automotive (both client and supplier side), health care, financial services, consumer products and services, insurance, marine and education
- During her career Barb has adapted to the ever-changing needs of clients, often utilizing creative research techniques to meet client objectives. She brings her attention to detail to project management and is responsive to her client needs from start to finish. She works closely with clients to provide fact-based actionable reports
- Barb began her marketing research career as a market research analyst with General Motors. Following her time on the client side, she moved to the supplier side as a senior project manager with Gongos Research prior to joining BRG
